We are currently delivering our training courses both in classrooms, by eLearning and via zoom.
Some courses such as Paediatric First Aid combine online learning and a classroom day to learn practical lifesaving skills.
In all cases, a thorough risk assessment has been carried out and measures have been put in place to ensure that the training complies with and operates within Government Guidelines. We will continue to monitor the situation closely. Should that guidance change and you have booked training with Riverside Caress and we are unable to deliver the session, we will move you to the next available date when the session will be delivered which is convenient for you. Please watch for further updates.

Our team will be in the office or available by phone from 9.30-4.00 Monday to Friday. We will arrange with you a mutually convenient time to process your DBS check.
The training and DBS checking service bundle will be assigned for the use of one individual. Sessions can be chosen from dates posted on the website. The DBS check (carried out by our London office ) can be carried out during offices hours up to 12 months from the date of purchase,
Once you have successfully completed the course and assessments you will be issued a separate e-certificate for each course. Please note e-certificates are accepted by Ofsted. Should you require a hard copy please add this to your shopping cart when you purchase the course.
