This course provides an Introduction to Safeguarding and also covers intermediate-level Safeguarding, equipping you with the knowledge to identify and respond to Safeguarding concerns.
** Please note that if you are applying for Ofsted Voluntary Registration, Safeguarding forms are one part of the Common Core Skills that Ofsted requires you show evidence of understanding. The other elements are Effective Communication, Child Development, Safeguarding, Supporting Transitions, Multi-Agency Working, and Information Sharing). Safeguarding Course length: 2 hours.
Safeguarding training course location: Taught in our virtual classroom, where you will join a teacher and the rest of the group.
Class starts promptly at 11.15 am
You will have many opportunities to ask questions and learn important concepts and procedures through various teaching methods.
Access to the class: via Zoom, we will send you a dedicated login
At the end of the session, we will send you a short quiz to pass on the topics covered. You will then receive a Certificate of Attendance as evidence of learning with Riverside Training Company.
