Weaning – Recognise when babies are ready for solid foods, getting started with weaning. Discussing which foods, when and tips to encourage children to experiment with various foods.
Treasure baskets – Using heuristic play with everyday objects. Encourage your staff to learn how to make your own treasure basket using natural textiles and everyday objects, not a piece of boring plastic or manmade material in sight!
Potty Training 101- Examines the basic anatomy and physiology which supports potty training, how to assess when children are ready, helping staff develop an action plan to support the process of Potty training.
Infant and Preschool Nutrition -encouraging a healthy start, diet, how food groups impact on a child’s growth and development and more.
